A deep dive into Time to Pet's Facility application to uncover UX flaws, build a strong foundation for the facility product to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and increase customer retention, ultimately aiming to grow the customer base.

Established a shared product strategy across DaySmart, ensuring a cohesive user experience across multiple platforms. As the lead designer on the Website Builder project, I designed an integrated workflow that enabled customers to create professional websites. I also led UX efforts for the Reputation Management Shared Product, streamlining the transition to a scalable, unified service. These shared products have been implemented across most of DaySmart’s offerings, enhancing consistency and usability company-wide.

Led a research and design initiative to identify the top 3-4 customer workflows with the greatest impact. The goal was to uncover pain points within each workflow to enhance the overall user experience and ultimately reduce churn. This project provided valuable insights that informed design improvements, making key processes more efficient and user-friendly.

Led the design and testing of a navigation improvement project for DaySmart Recreation, aiming to make the system more intuitive for new users. The existing navigation required users to know specific feature names, making self-service difficult. To improve discoverability, I designed and tested expanded dropdown options in the horizontal menu, validating the updates through usability testing. These enhancements created a more user-friendly and accessible experience, especially for first-time users.
